Recruitment consultants for our recruiting team (m/f/d)

We advise companies from the food industry around the subject of personnel throughout Germany. Our customers are medium-sized, owner- or family-run companies that enjoy a long tradition and outstanding regional brand awareness. Tasks You independently develop recruitment strategies and processes. You create request profiles as well as target company lists. You identify potentially suitable candidates for various positions in the bakery and gastronomy industry. You accept the direct telephone address of the candidates identified in advance. You run phone interviews and create candidate profiles. You participate in discussions with candidates and clients. You check and evaluate incoming application documents carefully. Requirements First professional experience in personnel consulting, recruiting or in a comparable environment. You have a strong communication interest and analytical sense. You have the pleasure of communicating by phone. You convince with a high degree of empathy and persuasion. You work independently, structured and reliable. You are happy to deal with people and want to actively participate in the design of professional careers. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
