For our SOS Children's Village Hamburg, we are looking for a social pedagogue as a team coordinator (m/w/d) for the familial group in HafenCity in an indefinite job, full-time (38,5 h/w) Your task: Since March 2024, we have been serving six children in our group of "Ankerfamilies" from 2 to 4 years of age. Our goal is to offer children a loving and family home in the medium to long term. Together with them we create a child-friendly everyday life that combines security, promotion and care. As a coordinator, you play a central role in building the housing group, shaping the structures and supporting the pedagogical work of a dedicated team of eight employees who are on the side of the children as reliable reference persons. Your qualifications and skills: They have completed vocational training or a degree in the social education sector and ideally have professional experience in stationary work. They show interest and appreciation for the children and their system of origin and are ready to deal with other cultures and life plans. They bring joy and willingness to professional guidance as well as to engage with your teammates and reflect your own actions. They show flexibility in terms of working hours and are willing to accept weekend or night services if necessary. You understand case- and residential-group-specific documentation as part of your professional work as well as writing reports.
