As Operations Implementation Specialist, you support our team in the introduction of eVTOLs (electric vertical take-off and landing) into the air rescue service – one of the most exciting future topics in the industry. Implementation of innovation – you develop the foundations for secure eVTOL flight operations and shape their integration into the air rescue service. Conceptual design – You develop procedures and training concepts for the operation of eVTOLs and contribute to the further development of the operating concept (including ConOps). In doing so, you will create parts of the VCA Flight Operations Manual and assist in ensuring airborne requirements in coordination with authorities. Accompanying the flight operation – You are live in the trial operation and the upcoming integration into the air rescue service and ensure safe flight operation and the further development of your concepts. Project management with responsibility – You coordinate tasks, appointments and interfaces between internal teams, external partners and the manufacturer. You prepare decision and presentation documents for project management and management. Regulatory Expertise – You evaluate current EASA regulations and ensure adequate implementation. Your support is needed for approvals and votes with authorities. You can also participate in the selection and interpretation of necessary flight operations. You represent the ADAC Air Rescue in Working Groups on Flight and Air Law Issues. Integration – In addition to the project, you will gain insights into the organization of the classic flight operation and support point-by-point operating teams.

The theory sits – you have completed studies (economic, legal or engineering) and ideally first professional experience in aviation, at best with an operator or eVTOL manufacturer. Working – You work and analyze precisely, think solution-oriented and are delighted to prepare complex topics structured and understandably with common IT tools. Communication strength – You will be safe and enjoy working in the team. German and English can be mastered at a safe level. Regulatory know-how – You are versed in the application-oriented handling of multi-stage regulations and are interested in the systematics of aviation, first knowledge of EASA regulators are desirable.
