Overall responsibility for our QM system according to IFS Food and all food safety and quality standards Preparation and introduction of bio certification – from requirement to safe process Professional and disciplinary leadership of a five-member QM/QS team: set goals, distribute tasks, maintain results Secure taxation of critical quality and hygiene situations: assess, prioritize, implement effective measures, integrate management early Introduction of AI-based tools for digitizing QM processes (e.g. document analysis, test and complaint data, early warning systems) Assessment of QM measures and investments in relation to costs and benefits Binding cooperation with production, development, technology, purchasing, sales and management

Complete study of food technology, ecotrophology, quality management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in quality management of a food manufacturer Knowledge of IFS Food, HACCP and relevant food law and hygiene regulations Experience in audit management and complaint management – practice with bio certifications desirable Safe assessment of microbiological monitoring data as well as experience with causes analyses and corrective measures Proven leadership experience: You carry responsibility binding, keep results and escalate early Very high AI affinity – you optimize QM processes with AI and win your team for it Economic thinking: safe handling of key figures and cost-benefit weighing Open, direct communication at all levels – risks and target deviations are discussed early Structured, solution-oriented working with enforcement and pragmatism
