For the organization unit Strategic Provider Management, we are looking for the next possible date for the Hanover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site Senior Consultant (m/w/d).

The “Strategic Provider Management” division is located in the Second Line of Defense and forms an interface to relevant disciplines and cross-sectional functions to ensure continuous compliance with the processes, procedures and systems with the respective statutory, contractual and internal rules of central outsourcing management as well as third party risk management.

In the function as - specialist outsourcing management & Third Party Risk Management - one takes over a wide range of tasks with high personal and professional development potential: Participation in the implementation and development of the methodology of central outsourcing management as well as third party management and related applications, systems, reporting standards and escalation processes Administration and maintenance of the implementation of team-internal measures and line tasks as well as regular review and adaptation of the processes and documentation of the Strategic Provider Management. Supporting the team in identifying and implementing relevant and new regulatory requirements, in particular according to DORA and MaRisk, and proactive further development of personal knowledge in this area. Participation in assessing and evaluating compliance with the standards for service provider control, including the implementation of relevant 2nd line controls and samples. Support of the relevant contact persons within the team to accompany annual audits by associations (e.g. IDW PS 951 exam), customers, supervisory authorities and internal audit Support in the organisational tasks of the leadership and experts in the team.

Training as a specialist, farmer or comparable study as well as practical experience (at least 2-3 years) in the written subject area knowledge of the relevant legal and supervisory requirements of the banking environment, in particular DORA and §§ 25a, b KWG, MaRisk, and EBA/ESMA Ability and motivation to integrate regulatory requirements into operational processes Teamability, high communication and coordination capabilities combined with solution-oriented and independent work Impressed organizational talent and willingness to work on unknown regulatory and process issues High loadability and flexibility
