Secretary (m/w/d) for spinal surgery in Hamburg

To support our team we are looking for a secretary in part-time (20-30 hours per week) for our spinal surgery. Your tasks - You can look forward to this Event organization: You plan, monitor and prepare any patient appointments and organize the speaking hours of spinal surgery (pre- and post-work). Office service: You take over daily speaking hours incl. Intake of the patient:inside as well as the related rework and the office material ordering, correspondence with patients:inside, telephone calls and the processing of web requests. Communication Management: You communicate reliably with internal and external partners and perform general organizational tasks. Representation function: You represent a secretariat during periods of holiday or illness after consultation.

Ideally, you bring professional experience as a health secretary and have completed training in this area. You are safe in handling Microsoft Office and Outlook. They are characterized by excellent communication skills. They work independently and in a structured manner and have a strong organizational talent.
