Legal advice of management and specialist departments in all economic matters Examination, design and negotiation of national and international contracts (e.g. supply, service, cooperation and IT contracts) Support in social affairs Advice on compliance, data protection and corporate governance Support of projects, in particular for new business models and market entry Control and coordination of external firms Identification and assessment of legal risks and development of pragmatic solutions
