As a working student IT Support (m/w/d), you support our internal IT team and help secure a stable and efficient IT infrastructure. You not only work with modern technology, but you are actively contributing to our employees being able to work smoothly. You support our internal IT team in 1st & 2nd level support by phone, email and personally on site and are therefore one of the first points of contact with IT questions or technical problems. You configure, install and handle hardware and software components as part of our device setup and accompany rollouts as well as hardware exchange actions. In technical problems, you systematically go to troubleshooting, document your steps and find pragmatic solutions together with the team. You actively work with helpdesk and always support colleagues in everyday IT questions with an open ear and service-oriented mindset. You'll be prudent about our IT documentation and asset management, so processes can be traceable and devices are always correctly assigned. If necessary, you will take the assignment of new employees into the use of devices, software or IT systems and thus ensure a smooth start.

Education: You are currently impersonated in a study of computer science, business informatics or a related subject, ideally with interest in a longer-term working student activity. Expertise:First practical experience in the IT environment, e.g. through internships, side jobs or private projects, but are not absolutely necessary. You bring a high IT affinity, have fun in technical challenges and are happy to work in new systems and tools.

Softskills:You work structured and solution-oriented, keeps track of several tasks and approach new topics analytically. You are communicative and service-oriented, you can explain technical issues in a comprehensible way and work in the team. Reliability, self-responsibility and readiness to learn complete your profile, you don't just want to work with you, but you really want to get involved. Flowing German knowledge in word and writing is assumed
