You take over the technical management of the internal specialist team Network & Security Services. You coordinate the activities in the team and coordinate with other specialist teams. With the Network & Security Services team, you are responsible for a stable IT operation and as a 2nd level support, you are coordinating the troubleshooting of complex network and security systems (perspectively with readiness to call). You work closely with the Service Owner, Architects and Project Managers (w/m/d) on the continuous development of our network infrastructure with a focus on IT security and supports the Service Owner (w/m/d) in request management. You support budget and resource planning, especially in the involvement of external partners. You are advising colleagues from other business areas in implementing their network & security services requirements.
