We are looking for a motivated and experienced consultant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), who specialises in the theme environment Microsoft 365 Modern Work. As a consultant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you work closely with our customers and help them to optimally utilize the benefits of Microsoft 365 and modernise their working environments. As a technical contact person, our customers advise on the implementation, use and optimization of Microsoft-365 Moden Work solutions. The responsibility for the architecture and design of Microsoft-365 Modern Work solutions is in your hands – scalable, safe and performant. Business requirements analyse and develop individual solutions to make IT infrastructures more efficient and promote cooperation. You carry out workshops, training and presentations to help our customers launch Microsoft 365 Modern Work. Migration projects from existing systems to Microsoft 365 plan your own and run them through – including data migration and interface integration. You help customers configure and customize Microsoft 365, including integration of other systems and applications. You solve technical problems, analyze errors and support our customers in troubleshooting. Long-term customer relationships keep you active and ensure high customer satisfaction through your technical competence. You identify new technology trends and opportunities in Microsoft 365 Modern Work and integrate them into our solutions. Together with internal and external stakeholders, ensure the successful implementation. You support the development of vendor-independent consulting formats in the context of User Productivity, Collaboration & Modern Work. You drive forward the internal development of the Microsoft 365 & Modern Work theme and share your knowledge in the team.

You have completed your studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable IT-oriented training, for example as a specialist in system integration (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). Finding knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365 feature, in particular in multiple components such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps and VIVA. You have many years of experience in consulting customers and developing tailor-made solutions and implementing migration projects. Microsoft 365 certifications are an advantage. Their analytical thinking helps you understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. As a real team player (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you can bring a proactive and customer-oriented attitude. Communication is your strength: You can control German on C1 level or higher and English at least on B2 level.
