Head of Capacity Management and Maintenance Planning for Rail Vehicles (m/f/d)

Strategic and superordinate maintenance and capacity planning – including the construction, maintenance and development of suitable KPI systems Development and operational coordination of the maintenance programme Dimensioning of the fleet and distribution of vehicles and services to workshops Planning and budgeting of maintenance costs for rail vehicles Development and initiation of measures to improve vehicle availability Planning, disposition and control of material requirements and external services in close coordination with internal and external interfaces Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of approx. 6 employees, promotion of a cooperative, performance- and solution-oriented team culture and support of change and digitization processes

Completed studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, business management with a technical focus or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in capacity, production or maintenance planning – like industry, mechanical engineering or a rail vehicle/transport company Experience with rail vehicle-specific topics such as time-limit management, main investigations or ECM requirements according to §5 TEIV are advantageous. Cross-increasing with strong planning or PPS experience from manufacturing industries are explicitly welcome – you will learn the industry-specific topics Multiannual leadership experience and joy in the development of employees Very good analytical skills and the ability to identify, evaluate and understand complex relationships High digitalization competence in handling data-driven processes, digital tools and planning systems (e.g. SAP PM/PP) Embossed communication and moderation capability as well as sovereign appearance towards different stakeholders
