Reference number: 398007 In this responsible position, you take over the technical and organizational control of the plants and service processes in the industrial environment. You ensure high plant availability, efficient processes and professional cooperation with our customers. Your duties Further development of the technical plant availability in close cooperation with the technical contacts on the customer side Accompanying retrofit and modernization projects with the customer as well as deriving and implementing the resulting service, maintenance and optimization measures Takeover of electrical plant responsibility in accordance with applicable standards, regulations and safety standards Creation of work instructions, maintenance concepts and technical documentation for internal teams and customers Responsibility for defining, evaluating and controlling relevant internal and customer-related KPIs (e.g. availability, disruption times, reaction times) Ensuring complete fault documentation and transparent reporting to the customer Continuous optimization of processes, service quality and safety standards

Completed vocational training: In the electrotechnical field Required: Continuing / Studying as a state-tested technician, master or engineer (m/w/d) Professional experience: Multiannual maintenance experience or technical service Leadership competence: Experience as a leadership in the technical-commercial field IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office Mobility: Car guide for flexible use in the region Customer and service orientation: Sovereign appearance and solution-oriented work
