Product Manager (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d)

Development and implementation of the product and portfolio strategy for a defined product group (gear) Analysis of market, customer needs, competition and technology trends Control of the entire product life cycle – from idea to market launch Definition and prioritization of product requirements and further development of product roadmap Close cooperation with sales, marketing, development, customers and international companies Implementation of market and competition analyses Responsibility for pricing strategies and market price recommendations Creation of product information, documentation and marketing documents Support for sales and marketing through product-specific know-how Analysis of relevant key figures and initiation of improvement and cost optimization measures Management of product announcements Working in cross-disciplinary projects for process optimization and product development

Complete study in the field of engineering or a comparable technical field Multiannual professional experience (approx. 5–10 years) in product management or a comparable position Experience in the development of product strategies, roadmaps and market launches Funded technical understanding and ability to work with development and R & D teams at eye level Experience in market and competitive analyses and data-based decision-making processes Knowledge of pricing strategies and product positioning Strategic thinking and analytical and conceptual strength Impressed communication and negotiation capabilities Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness up to once a week from our headquarters in Switzerland (Sachseln) and willingness to participate in occasional international missions Team-oriented personality with intercultural competence
