Teamleiter Facility Management (m/f/d)

You have a completed degree, e.g. in the fields of facility management, real estate management, building / utility technology, or a comparable qualification, e.g. a degree as master / technician (m/w/d). You have a well-founded technical understanding in the technical building equipment (TGA), especially in the areas of electrical, heating, ventilation and sanitation, as well as in building maintenance. You think economically and strategically. You are communicative, powerful and can delegate. Your work is structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented, with a pronounced hand-on mentality. Ideally, you have already gained first leadership experience.

You are responsible for the Facility Management division for smooth operation, maintenance and further development at the Augsburg site. You ensure efficiency, efficiency and quality in technical and infrastructural facility management. You coordinate and tax external service providers, craftsmen and suppliers and monitor the budgets. You guide a small team professionally, organizationally and disciplinaryly and promote the self-responsibility and development of the employees. You optimate processes and develop standardization across all locations, including using KPIs. In addition to operating daily business, you develop medium to long-term concepts.
