Strategic and operational management: overall responsibility for the management, control and economic management of the Department of Labour Law. Leadership and development of the team: leadership, motivation and professional development of employees to ensure high quality of advice. Processing of basic labour law issues: analysis of complex facts and development of legal, practical solutions. Internal cooperation and coordination: coordination with other departments for the uniform implementation of labour law standards and processes. External cooperation and representation of interests: fostering relations with authorities, bodies and stakeholders to represent business interests. Process optimization and digitization: modernization and efficiency increase of labour law processes through standardization and digital solutions

Successfully completed academic studies (jur. Staatsexamen, LL.M.) of law Multiannual professional experience in the field of labour law Knowledge of labour law and related legal areas Experience in consulting and controlling labour law processes in companies First management experience and management of complex labour law projects Experience in a transforming environment and understanding of the labour law implications of structural changes This distinguishes you as a manager: You think in complex relationships and have a pronounced willingness to design, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection.
