Innovation Manager in the field of fund brokerage of third-party funds (1 year fixed)

In the Operations Division in the Fund Services (FDL) segment, we are looking for a dedicated innovation manager*in who works with passion and vision at the interface between new technological possibilities and their operational possibilities. You actively participate in the concrete vision of new technological developments outside and within the Union Investment Group, analyze their suitability for our business processes and support the necessary knowledge transfer to the specialist units. Together with the specialist and IT teams, we develop PoCs, Data Science and AI Use Cases, which support the entire organization to make sound business decisions based on reliable data and state-of-the-art analysis methods or to modernise and digitize business processes. A powerful technological platform to develop the implementation of data-driven solutions directly in the field by means of advanced analytics, machine learning methods or generic AI Development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and implementation of tailor-made solutions for specific applications (e.g. reporting automation) Active sharing of our data strategy across the entire process from conception to successful implementation for business and product context Cooperation with business and data analysts and the AI competence center of IT in interdisciplinary teams Analysis and evaluation of technologies for the further digital transformation of business processes Promoting interdisciplinary cooperation and address-oriented preparation of relevant technology developments in internal events.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management or comparable training with strong IT background, ideally with experience in AI and RPA technologies At least 2 years of professional experience in the environment of artificial intelligence, robotic process automation or data science context Experience in creating meaningful analyses and dashboards, e.g. with Power BI Joy of complex tasks and how to solve them as creatively as conceptually – especially with process analysis, process optimization, market research, data management, handling and use Experience in the conception, implementation and follow-up of multipliers Events (inhouse) in context You have a strong hands-on mentality, innovation joy and service orientation Structured working and analytical thinking combined with high quality standards are among your strengths German language skills We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
