In your new job as an interdisciplinary process manager for digitization themes, you understand end-to-end processes as well as the underlying data flows at our locations Berlin and Grünheide – with the aim of creating transparency and identifying optimization potentials You investigate existing operational business processes and their interfaces, evaluate data flows and guide specific requirements for technical adaptations and further developments to our IT You translate technical requirements into structured, implementable concepts and accompany their implementation in close coordination with the IT and the participating departments At the same time, you act as a moderator within your projects and, with their technical and professional know-how, you can understand between IT, our customers and our specialist areas.

As a basis you will bring a successfully completed technical or economic university degree (Bachelor or Master's degree) Ideally, you already bring professional experience in dealing with digitalization and change management You succeed in the balance between analytically structured thinking and working methods and pragmatically targeted “hands-on mentality” – depending on the situation and requirement A readiness to travel within the East region is nothing in the way Secure appearance and targeted communication to different stakeholders (from professional drivers to management) complete your profile
