Successfully completed training in the food industry (speciality for food technology, confectionery technology, machine and plant management, confectionery, pâtis series, process technology, Chef de Partie, Fleischerei etc.) Knowledge of hygiene regulations in food production Ideally multi-year professional experience in the food industry or gastronomy Experience in handling production machines desirable Physical resilience, flexibility, sense of responsibility and precision High team orientation and reliability
