Responsibility for providing the monthly/quarterly reporting and consolidation packages of subsidiaries for holding with coordinated IC balances, in particular for debt and A&E consolidation Responsibility for the integration of all foreign subsidiaries (booking, annual accounts, reporting, financial and liquidity planning, taxes) Cooperation with the holding company in the preparation of the subgroup financial statements Regular coordination with the central financial function of the group of companies and cooperation in group-wide accounting projects Cooperation with commercial management and tax advisors and auditors of international subsidiaries Corporate supervision of subsidiaries Representation: Accounting (booking, reporting, taxes) In Springer Function: Takeover of all credit and debitoric bookings incl. Investment assets and taxes

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling or completion as a balance sheet holder or a comparable qualification Founded multiannual professional experience in international accounting/accounting an industrial company, as well as consolidation knowledge (HGB) or Multiannual activity in the field of audit / audit of an international audit company Accountability in SAP Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Strong solution-oriented and analytical methods and high self-initiative Teamability, leadership and communication strength Sovereign communication, team spirit and enthusiasm for work in the international environment
