Senior Project Manager Hotels

As Senior Project Manager Hotels, you are responsible for technical construction, rebuilding and maintenance measures within our Germany-wide hotel portfolio. Your field of activity includes: As part of the contractor's representation, you are responsible for the planning, tendering, negotiation and award of services of the KG 300 - 600 as well as the management of small and larger investment projects. This is done taking into account cost, time and quality objectives. You take on the overall technical responsibility for selected hotel real estate projects and together with the commercial asset manager:in the central contact person:in for hotel operators:inside, owner representatives, specialist planners:inside and external partners and successfully bring together different interests. Taking into account the hotel business concerns, you develop technical strategies for the long-term functioning and maintenance of our hotel properties. Together with the team, you will take care of the implementation of construction measures, including focusing on the technical building equipment. You are responsible for controlling the technical property management of selected hotel properties and for the professional implementation of maintenance, modernization and operator requirements.

You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, utility technology or technical building equipment. Alternatively, you have completed a training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology and have appropriate practical expertise in implementing measures in the hotel area. You are passionate about hotel properties and bring the ability to convince others through your passion and commitment. You take responsibility with pragmatism and deed, actively address challenges and contribute to the joint success through your team-oriented working. You already have over 10 years of experience in the implementation of construction and have a well-founded knowledge in the field of technical building equipment. Ideally, you are already familiar with relevant contractual arrangements between hotel operators:inside and real estate owners, you are familiar with knowledge in the field of energy efficiency and sustainable building concepts. You are a language challenge both in direct conversation and in writing in German and English. In addition to a readiness to travel to support the hotel portfolio in Germany, you are characterised by an independent working method, but you also work successfully and trustfully with the colleagues of the hotel team. Your actions are always entrepreneurial and customer-oriented.
