New Customer Support Officer (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a specialist (m/w/d) new customer support for our contribution and demand center in Frankfurt am Main. As a customer-oriented organizational designer, you can use our new customer support team for outstanding customer experience. Be active from the outset to allow our new customers an optimal and smooth start of insurance. With us you take responsibility: You are a professional in reviewing and assessing the right of accession of our new customers (m/w/d). In addition, you maintain the master data of our insured persons on your own. Communication is the A and O: In order to ensure a smooth run for our new customers, you are in a continuous, close exchange with all process-related areas. Without you, nothing is happening: To ensure that our sales staff (m/w/d) can optimally advise our potential new customers (m/w/d), you can support them as a competent contact person in all insurance issues.

You have completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) in health care, social security specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification and have ideally already gained several years of experience in this field. As a valuable competence, you bring a strong customer orientation in your luggage. In your working day, you will know how to use your analytical, organized work in a targeted and effective manner. You are a professional (m/w/d) when it comes to relevant legal foundations for the processing and consulting of our customer concerns and use your well-founded expertise in this area.
