Receivables Management Clerk (m/w/d)

You process correspondence with our customers on the topics of bankruptcy and debt collection – both in case of claims for contributions and damages You deal with out-of-court debt regulations and receivables You are in regular exchange with our external debt collection partners, answer their inquiries and tune payment inputs You accompany ongoing debt settlements and have all deadlines and agreements in mind You perform dunning analyses and quickly and reliably correct errors in dunning procedures You monitor active insolvency proceedings and tax the processing You are analysing the success of our reminders – also in terms of costs that arise – and from this you will be able to optimize them. You regularly check the quality of our Mahnkorrespondents (German and cross-country) and keep them up to date You actively contribute to the development of our processes in debt management and in cross-departmental projects

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You bring professional experience in debt management, debt collection or accounting – or you want to use your knowledge in this area in a targeted manner The handling of MS Office is self-evident, ideally you also know about CRM or debt management systems You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing – and if you speak other languages, that is a plus You communicate clearly, friendly and professional – you always keep a solution- and customer-oriented attitude Responsibility, reliability and team spirit stand out – you’re working structured and you’ll be happy to join the team
