Tasks: In the field of Legal Prevention Electric Drive, Battery Systems & Emissions, we are dealing with legal issues relating to our products of Mercedes-Benz AG, in particular the development and production processes, and are responsible for the legal and compliance consulting of the technical and operational sectors. The main focus is on the type-approval right, the right to authorisation, the right to product liability and legal aspects relating to the subject area of Electric Drive, Battery Systems & Emissions. Together with our compliance colleagues, we identify product-related risks and evaluate them legally. Your tasks in detail: Technical and organisational support in cases of legal and compliance consulting

Research on legal issues from the European type-approval and licensing law as well as, for example, the EU battery regulation or the EU-7 regulation

Support for requests and interactions with authorities

Development and maintenance of knowledge databases and directories as well as support for transformation and digitization projects

Close coordination and cooperation with other legal and technical fields such as development, certification, production and communication

Working with the organisation and implementation of team projects and events

Preparation of presentations and decision templates in German and English

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Course in Law, Economic Law, Economy & Law, Law & Management or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing
