Successfully completed university studies, ideally with a focus on engineering, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree course with a focus on automotive Relevant professional experience with a leading vehicle manufacturer/supplier, preferably in the commercial vehicle sector, a start-up or in a management consultancy Knowledge of strategy, product management, operations or development Very good analytical ability and conceptual thinking An open, communicative, team-oriented and empathic personality Great interest in trends and new technologies Very good expression in German and English, further foreign language skills advantageous High readiness for travel in Germany and abroad
