What you do with us

You are contact person No. 1, when it comes to quality defects, customer feedback or complaints. You analyze causes, take action – and always think of solution-oriented. You create clear 8D reports, perform appointment tracking and document transparently. You will review and analyze the quality costs together with the departments. You work closely with quality planning and bring insights from complaints directly into the processes. You are part of customer visits, (Re-)Audits and introduces structure and competence there. You actively participate in the component quality in injection molding and in assembly – from theory, practice becomes.

What you bring

A completed technical training or study (e.g. mechanical engineering, plastics technology, quality) First professional experience in quality or complaint management You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented You are communicative, enforceable – and a real team player You are not afraid of standards, quality reports & audits German safe, English? Nice to have!
