Complete Business Studies (Bachelor) with focus on controlling/finance and basic financial accounting skills First practical experience in controlling (e.g. internship, student work) and ideally touch points with a BI tool Secure handling of MS 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint Basic technical affinity, especially in the handling of data and systems Structured and analytical methods and numerical affinity
