from now on and in full time in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Nuremberg, Ulm, Berlin, Bonn, Leipzig and at all other locations in the BWI.

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With more than 8,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security.

The area of Customer Solution (CS) Land & Luft is understood as a supporter and driver of the digitization of the Bundeswehr in the dimensions of land and air. Our area supports both the military and civil organisational areas of the Bundeswehr in the operational, process and organisational challenges of digitalization. In the Dimension Land we support this transformation very actively by Team D-LBO (Digitalization Land-based Operations). For our key role in the digitization of the Bundeswehr, we are looking for your support as a “Senior Expert Business Integration Rollout & Logistik” for the technical management of the rollout and the work package logistics. In this role, you take responsibility for the central process of planning, controlling and controlling the rollout in one of the largest and most complex digitalization projects in Germany.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical or business studies (e.g. focus on business management or logistics) or completed vocational training with several years of experience in commercial or technical-logistic activities
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the logistics sector (Supply Chain Management), of which at least 2 years in the military logistics sector with or for the Bundeswehr (e.g. ILS)
• Multiannual experience in the cooperation or control of IT or technical projects, ideally in the public sector
• Good SAP /ERP knowledge, preferably knowledge in the field of SASPF of the Bundeswehr
• Knowledge of processes and order processing of logistical services
• Sovereign appearance before customers as well as good communicative and organizational skills
• Individual initiative and problem-solving competence, team and communication skills, organizational talent
• Basic technical understanding of the hardware integration of IT components desirable
• independent work and the willingness to face new challenges
• readiness to travel (max. 30 %)

Your tasks:

Support of several rollout sections in parallel including the creation of milestone plans, monitoring of planning progress, implementation of planning meetings

Processing and processing of logistical contributions as part of the rollout process D-LBO

Creation and further development of project-related logistics concepts

Responsibility for achievement and quality in the entire area of responsibility

Production of extracts & reports in SASPF

Technical advice and support of the contracting authority

Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications, in particular logistical regulations of the Bundeswehr, IT security and technical specifications

Participation in overarching working groups on logistics with a focus on usage support

Further development of special logistics processes in the D-LBO project, to ensure and improve logistical performances and processes (especially in the interface area)

Coordination of workstreams between different working groups and the work package
