As an inside sales specialist, you are the driving force behind our sales processes in the DACH region. You work closely with Key Account Managers and the sales team, support in the implementation of promotions, support customer and product master files, create reports and take care of price lists, listings and contract documents. You always keep an overview of complex processes and make an important contribution to the smooth implementation of our sales activities with your know-how and organizational talent. In your role, you are also a central interface to external service providers, legal, finance, logistics, planning and our headquarters – and actively shape processes and tools with your ideas.

Completed commercial training with at least 3 years of experience in the sales service, ideally in the FMCG/LEH environment Very good knowledge in MS 365, especially in Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint Good knowledge of project management and assistance functions Safe English in Word and Writing for communication with international contacts:inside Ideally experience with ERP systems like NetSuite Embossed numerical affinity and structured, solution-oriented operation Communication strength, team spirit and a high degree of self-responsibility Joy of process optimization and to actively shape processes Interest in sales-related tasks and close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external services Motivation to be an active part of a dynamic, international sales team
