Welcome to Allianz In the position as a Medical Risk Analyst, you actively shape the private customer business of Allianz Private Health Insurance (APKV) by developing the medical risk assessment processually and enabling simple, efficient insurance solutions. This is what we expect as a Medical Risk Analyst (m/w/d)

Active risk assessment design: You are critically involved in the process development and further development of medical risk testing by actively shaping new processes and opting for existing processes. In projects such as the Risk Examination4Future, you bring your expertise and implement creative solutions. Medical Underwriting: You translate medical knowledge into economically meaningful, customer-friendly and risk-appropriate decisions. You define technical requirements and develop innovative solutions for application and decision-making processes in the new business together with the team. Funded decision preparation: You work analytically and structured to ensure that decisions are based on sound foundations. You prepare information and analyses so that You serve as a solid basis for strategic decisions and work proactive action options for future courses Market Observation and Innovation: You’ll explore market and technology trends and transform them into concrete innovation opportunities for Allianz. Your medical expertise helps to transform complex issues into understandable and feasible information and continuously improve risk assessment. Technical analysis: You use modern analysis tools to give new impulses and advance the use of AI. You're taking this as a Medical Risk Analyst (m/w/d) Completed studies in medical computer science, human medicine, health management, statistics, mathematics or a comparable subject area Experience in the process development and design of risk testing processes - You have already actively developed and implemented processes, not only used. You use modern analysis tools to give new impulses and advance the use of artificial intelligence. This is how you shape the experience of our customers: both internal and external stakeholders during the first contact with Allianz Private Health Insurance AG. You are used to data-driven work and can ensure that decisions are made based on sound data analyses. You are working proactively for further strategic decisions. Experience in analysis and handling datasets, including knowledge in analysis tools such as SQL. Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English in word and writing of advantage Experiences in health insurance or in the insurance industry, in the medical field and/or in the project management are desirable.
