Core tasks in SAP HCM: Technical support and further development of the SAP HCM system Customizing and Optimizing HR Modules Support of ESS / MSS with Fiori Development of the SAP system landscape Implementation of customer requirements Planning, technical preparation and implementation of monthly payroll Inserting Notes / Patches to comply with legal changes Mass processing of data Operation of technical interfaces towards health insurance funds, financial offices, German pension insurance etc. Implementation of the financial statements in SAP

Consulting und Projektarbeit: Contact person (m/w/d) für HR in personal-relevant SAP questions Participation in overarching SAP HR projects Consulting and support in the HCM modules and ESS

Completed commercial training or completed studies (e.g. computer science) Professional experience in SAP HCM module support including customizing Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Knowledge of Business Processes Passion for process optimization and digitization with a pronounced affinity for the further development of existing systems and processes Organised, independent and structured working in a team-oriented environment Basic knowledge of ABAP/4 desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
