Construction, development and monitoring of the internal QM system Planning, implementation and post-processing of internal audits. Support of external certification audits Coordination and evaluation of patient feedback to improve supply quality Organisation and realization of projects with a focus on process change or Process improvement Implementation and further development of our document management Coordination and support of clinical risk management including our CIRS system Advising our managers on quality and risk management issues

Complete studies in the field of health management, care management, medicine, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideal for hospital or nursing Continuing training and knowledge in clinical risk management or willingness to acquire them Qualifications for internal audits desirable Found knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ideally experience with industry-specific standards Experience in leadership of teams or interdisciplinary working groups Analytical Thinking Power, Communication Strength, Enforcement
