Head of Accounting (m/f/d)

Full responsibility for accounting, including strategic and operational management of the accounting team and shared service teams Ensuring the timely and correct creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS Function as the main speaker for external audits, tax consultancy and internal audit teams to ensure transparent and effective cooperation Responsibility for maintaining relationships with important external service providers and increasing performance through active stakeholder management Head of administrative topics within the local management structure and business partners of local management Continuously optimizing accounting processes and contributing to the further development of finance in line with company-wide initiatives Establishment and management of a powerful accounting team with a focus on reliability, cooperation and process x cells

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on financial/ accounting or a comparable qualification Ideally, the audit was passed to/from the tax advisor and/or auditor Multiannual management experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a group of companies Funded knowledge in MS Office and very good knowledge in SAP FI/CO, high IT affinity Knowledge of accounting standards HGB and IFRS A pragmatic, practical approach with personal resilience and a reliable, solution-oriented approach Liquid knowledge of English and German in word and writing
