As a group manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility not only for projects in the field of satellite communication, but also for people. Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and development of employees as well as implementation of target agreements, performance assessments and holiday, capacity and deployment planning in the area of responsibility Strategic team and personnel planning as well as sustainable expansion of the team taking into account increasing project volumes and controlling active competence and knowledge management to promote know-how transfer Technical project and process patent including control of technical system development, reviews of work results such as system documents and cost planning Strategic orientation and sales support through the identification and implementation of technical trends and the support of sales activities through technical offering processing Review of offers and preparation of decisions and preparation of evaluations for management Ensure compliance with laws, tariff regulations and operating arrangements, including occupational and health protection, and phase-wise operational relief of the team with high utilisation

Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, communications technology or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in research/development projects, preferably in the field of software development for digital signal processing in the context of communication systems Found experience as well as strong skill in communication and employee management English knowledge in word and writing for the international working environment Entrepreneurial thinking and action combined with a targeted and independent way of working High commitment and a high level of enforcement in demanding projects
