To strengthen our team we are looking for Service Consultant (m/w/d) for our location in Mannheim

Consultation and appointment: Personal and telephone consultation of customers. Coordination of service dates: overview and organization of daily appointments. Cost proposals: Creation and communication with customers. Order processing: organisation and management of service orders. Data maintenance: maintenance of customer and vehicle data as well as new customer system. Flexible deployments: support at different locations. Further development: participation in training measures for continuous improvement.

Complete training in the automotive sector (technical or commercial). Experience as a service consultant or in customer contact. Customer orientation: You are the face of our car house, expertly advises on maintenance and service matters and ensures smooth order processing. Communication strength: You go open and sympathetic to customers, take their wishes seriously and promote customer loyalty through targeted care. Technical Affinity: Safe handling of PC, tablet and office applications.
