To support our finance team in Martinsried near Munich, we are looking for you indefinitely and in full or part-time (at least 32 hours / week).

Your duties In this key position, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team and ensure the proper accounting mapping of all business incidents. With your expertise and experience, you shape the further development of financial accounting and accounting and are a reliable interface to internal and external contacts. You report directly to Vice President Finance. Your duties include: Professional and disciplinary leadership and targeted further development of the accounting team Self-responsible and independent production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS (Consolidated Financial Statement) and for subsidiaries Group consolidation (4 companies) and reporting according to IFRS Responsibility for the daily business of ongoing financial accounting Responsibility for the correct and audit-proof mapping of all business incidents in accordance with applicable accounting rules and for the documentation of processes and procedural instructions (e.g. Walkthrough documentation) Implementation of reports (accounting memos) or Statements under IFRS and HGB as part of the preparation of the quarterly and annual accounts in coordination with the relevant operational units and coordination of external expertise for further clarification Ensuring proper project accounts and output accounts Responsibility for proper plant accounting Further development, optimization and redesign of processes and systems in the field of financial accounting and accounting (e.g. update ERP system, development and further development of an internal control system) Proactive querying of accounting processes of our new ERP system MS D 365 regarding automation, efficiency, interfaces and susceptibility to errors as well as developing solutions Contact person for auditors, controlling, internal departments and selected business partners, including the preparation of the company's position reports/relationships and cooperation in the production of the corporate appendix and group position report

completed commercial studies (e.g. business management, finance, accounting), or a comparable qualification At least 6 years of professional experience with one of the Big-4- companies or as IFRS IHK-Bilanzbuchhalter (gn) – ideally collected in the international and/or Biotech/Pharma environment Funded HGB and IFRS knowledge Good knowledge of common ERP systems (ideally MS D 365), experience with consolidation and reporting tools (ideally LucaNet) Experience in leadership, motivation and further development of employees Structured, careful and reliable operation Experience in defining, establishing and revising internal processes Secure knowledge of English in word and writing Impressed communication strength in handling internal and external contacts Responsibility, team orientation and a sovereign appearance
