This includes the following tasks:

Transport disposition (registration of transport orders in freight forwarders taking into account the availability of materials in the warehouse) Shipment processing in the computer system Creating all delivery documents incl. Customs documents when required Creating the daily charging list for MA logistics in compliance with the FIFO principle Creation of additional labels and documents according to customer requirements Acquises, price requests and price negotiations with forwarders Testing of forwarding calculations Request and administration of the request confirmations Maintenance of the customs program with deposit of documents for external checks Cooperation with other departments. Conducting statistics and their evaluation
