Become part of Germany's most renowned research organization The General Administration of the MPG is looking for one for its Finance Department at the next possible time for 39 hours per week SAP Application Managerin SAP Finance Reference number 03/26 Our sympathetic team is looking for an SAP specialistin for the care and development of the SAP system as well as for training and support in finance and procurement. In doing so, you take up requirements from our institutes and departments and develop a solution strategy. From process analysis to technical implementation, you provide qualified input and accompany the development cycle as an interface between specialist and IT.

Creation of concepts and implementation requirements for the further development of finance with SAP FI Technical support of the interfaces between SAP and adjacent IT systems Implementation of training measures of central and decentralised employees for IT applications in finance (especially SAP) Providing system and user documentation, the digital organization manual and other user information Acquisition of (partial) project lines, such as the ongoing transition to SAP S4/HANA Second-level support in enquiries about functions or the operation of individual services or Programme

Complete university studies, e.g. in the field of business informatics or business management or comparable skills and experience in a corresponding activity in the SAP environment Professional practice in module support/ consulting for SAP FI and SAP FI/AA or SAP MM Good understanding of processes in commercial accounting Experiences in the field of training, in project work and in the management of small projects Experience in handling AI applications or the willingness to work into appropriate systems Safe handling of common Microsoft Office applications You work aim-oriented and very independently with a pronounced service and quality awareness You communicate in partnership and are happy to work together in the team You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
