Implementation of green care (e.g. lawn mowing, hedge cutting, planting, irrigation, foliage) Implementation of grey care (e.g. cleaning of paths and surfaces, weed removal, smaller repairs on external installations) Various mastery activities in and on the object (e.g. small repairs, control of general areas, simple technical tasks within the framework of qualification) Support of the object teams (w/m/d) across the factory, e.g. for technical colleagues, cleaning, reception/service Reporting of damages and disturbances to the object management and support in their elimination Participation in winter service preparations (e.g. scattered material, control of paths) and, if necessary, Operations within the framework of operational planning Ensuring a proper and secure overall state of the external and general areas

Experience in green and grey care as well as in the homemaster area desirable Craft skills and basic technical understanding High readiness, reliability and careful operation Embossed awareness of order, cleanliness and safety on the grounds Teamability and readiness to support the object teams (w/m/d) Friendly, service-oriented appearance towards tenants, customers and visitors Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (with additional remuneration) driving licence class B
