The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the hospital plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and the teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. With the rebuilding and establishment of a professional fundraising strategy at the Klinikum Karlsruhe, we offer you a professional challenge as a fundraiser (m/w/d) in which you can fully develop. Our team of corporate communications is looking forward to welcoming you with a lot of experience in the field of internal and external communication and event management. As a central contact point, you develop all SKK-owned fundraising, donation and charity activities and are contact persons for all existing funding associations. To build up our fundraising activities at the Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe, we are looking for a fundraiser (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time at the next possible time, initially for two years.

Building and establishing innovative fundraising strategies Establishing long-term networks and relationships with (large) donors, foundations, sponsors and partners incl. Maintenance of appropriate databases Building and establishing a successful “donor journey” Identification of donations and acquisitions of donations and sponsorship Organisation, implementation and controlling of administrative activities Developing existing and implementing new back office processes Organisation and implementation of relevant events Examination of the implementation of a funding association for the targeted use of donations

A completed degree in marketing, media, communication, business management or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in building and establishing a long-term, successful fundraising strategy, preferably in a clinic or healthcare planned chronologically flexible readiness, possibly in the evening hours and among others on holidays and / or weekends A professional appearance, an independent, structured way of working and an interest in health issues Safe handling of MS Office
