Exhibition management at the Stuttgart location (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person for visitors:inside, employees, service providers:inside and hall renters:inside. You care for order, cleanliness and a smooth run in the exhibition. You prepare documents for accounting and run the cash register and schedules. You will first complete the day, process accounting documents and support for inventory and merchandising accounting. You perform general administrative tasks in the daily business and regularly report on events, visitor numbers and other relevant topics. You support your colleagues, if necessary, especially at the daily cash register and merchandising.
