Head of Gastronomy, Events & Shop (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you take over the operational and strategic direction of the gastronomy, events and shops. Together with your team, you create unique guest experiences and continuously develop our offers. Gastronomy consists of an SB restaurant and a café. The event team sells and coordinates external events, such as conferences and business celebrations, and accompanies the implementation of public events of the Klimahaus from costing, planning and implementation. In our shop we offer guests sustainable products such as toys, gift ideas, books, souvenirs and merchandise items. General responsibility for the areas of gastronomy, shops and events Leadership, motivation and development of employees and managers in the respective teams Control and control of all department-relevant activities for the realization of predetermined business performance indicators Sale of events, including consulting of event customers, creation of offers, coordination of execution and refurbishment Conception and implementation of event formats, promotions and cooperations Budget planning and responsibility in coordination with management Efficiency control and reporting to management Continuous optimisation of the cost/loss situation Disposition and quality control Ensuring efficient service and production processes as well as adhering to our goals and requirements related to Quality, sustainability, hygiene and safety Strategic and creative development of the shop and the restaurant and event concept Expansion of sales activities, customer acquisitions and master data maintenance Personal responsibility for up to 20 employees
