You collect your own shipping documents, invoices and credits You support monthly and annual accounts You are responsible as a direct contact person for written and telephone customer requests You work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth process You actively contribute your ideas and work on the continuous improvement of our work processes

You have completed commercial training and have a strong understanding of the numbers with Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and solution-oriented acting belong to your strengths As a communicative and open minded personality, you are happy to work in the team and contribute to a positive relationship Safe handling of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook) is of course for you. You are also familiar with ERP systems or willing to work quickly.
