Your core tasks

• Total responsibility for financial and accounting, controlling, human resources, insurance, IT and internal organization
• preparation and preparation of monthly and annual accounts
• Current monitoring of the cost and earnings situation
• Personal management including contracting and payroll accounting
• Contact person for banks, tax advisors, insurance companies and external service providers
• Commercial accompaniment and economic management of our broker activities

Your profile

• completed economic studies or equivalent commercial training with additional economic qualification
• First management experience in the commercial sector
• Good knowledge of tax and balance sheet law (HGB)
• Secure handling of MS Office/ 365
• DATEV knowledge of financial and wage accounting is desirable
• Embossed commercial understanding, cost awareness and structured working
