As a construction manager/construction manager, you are responsible for the necessary architectural services according to HOAI LP 6 – 9 (construction) You take the preparation of awards and accompany them You take care of object monitoring and object management as well as the associated documentation You'll deal with the scrutiny, quantity determinations, audits etc. You work at the construction sites in Berlin or in the vicinity that we are working on or in Berlin Friedrichshagen (office)

You have a degree in the field of architecture or civil engineering or a completed training as a construction technician:in/master:in You have good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations You stand up safely and have communicative competence in dealing with public and private builders You work structured and are team capable You have a well-founded knowledge of German in word and writing, as well as knowledge of tendering/calculation programs and quantity determination that are advantageous
