Together, we are working on expanding e-mobility, ensuring that more than 470,000 renewable energy sources feed in electricity and we set up our network intelligently for the future. In your trainee program, we will face these challenges together and work on the energy future of Bavaria. We provide comprehensive figures, data and facts in the commercial sector and lead to decisions that contribute to the growth of the Bayernwerk Group. Our team advises and supports the Bayernwerk Group in business economic topics - from the creation of business cases to economic planning to the continuous assessment of value. Together, we create a customised schedule for your 24 months with us to focus especially on commercial topics that are interesting for you and prepare you best for your future career.

As a trainee you get deep insight into our company and get to know various functions in central business areas, other equity companies, different locations and our culture. From the start, you take responsibility by being involved in the day-to-day operations and taking project-based tasks into account in the Group.

You score with an at least well completed university degree, ideally in the field of business management or related courses and are ready to introduce yourself into projects within Bavaria.
