Projektmanager (m/w/d) Munich, up to 50% mobile work possible In this position, you play a central role in HR controlling and personnel cost planning. You make sure that personnel costs are not only planned cleanly, but also used as an active control instrument in the enterprise. You work closely with different interfaces and support all topics related to Compensation & Benefits.

The responsibility for the annual personnel cost planning or Budgeting is in your hands. Forecasts, deviation analyses as well as regular HR-reportings. In addition, you analyze headcount, RTD and cost developments and derive relevant findings. You are also actively driving forward the further development of digital processes in the area of personnel cost planning and controlling. With salary rounds, benchmarking and compensation analyses, you can help and bring your analytical expertise. A close cooperation with Payroll, HR Business partners and the financial sector is also part of your working day. In addition, you support the annual work and work on strategic HR projects – for example, when introducing new benefits or expanding the BI tool.

A completed degree in the field of business management, controlling, HR management or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis. First experience in personal controlling, Payroll or Compensation & Benefits can be gathered. Knowledge of the handling of provisions and financial statements is advantageous. Figures inspire you – analytical thinking belongs to your strengths. Excel already belongs to your working day and complex formulas you can master safely. Ideally, you also bring experience with HR systems, preferably P&I LOGA. Structured work, self-initiative and a strong look for details are what distinguishes you. You can easily prepare complex facts and communicate convincingly. Team spirit, a high level of sense of responsibility and a proactive way of working round off your profile.
