Supporting customer testing and customer test formats in the product development process: communication and coordination with various stakeholders such as product suppliers:inside Independent design of tests, questionnaires and surveys Support for current projects and topics

This is what you bring with you as a working student:in the area Customer View & Testing (m/w/d)

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level) Studies in economics, social sciences, etc. Ideally Bachelor student:in from the 2nd semester and/or Master student:in Safe in handling MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Affinity for customer testing, feedback, customer relationship management and market research Quick conception, openness, curiosity and joy in networking and team work Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
