KG is looking for an assistance from the branch management (m/w/d) with reception tasks at the Lehrte site. reception line: reception, reception, telephone, post office and courier processing General administration: office organization, material orders, support in administrative processes of the branch Assistant to the branch and sales management: appointment and travel planning, preparation of documents, organisation of meetings Organization of conferences & events: Planning, preparation and coordination of internal and external events

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Open and warm appearance as well as pronounced service orientation Safe handling of MS Office and the willingness to work into new tools High reliability, very good communication skills and responsible handling of confidential information
