Automotive mechatronics technician in a group of companies (m/f/d)

Technology with real variety: You carry out maintenance, inspection and repair work on cars, commercial vehicles, construction equipment and internal fleet vehicles. From the Motorflex to the Audi A8, from the trailer to the excavator, your everyday life remains varied.

Error diagnosis with system: You analyze and eliminate malfunctions in engines, chassis, gears, brake systems, electrical systems as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Construction equipment instead of standard routine: You take care of the maintenance, repair and functional testing of construction equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, compressors and shakers.

Internal workshop instead of customer stress: You work without running, without complaint printing and without constant customer interruptions. Your clients are internal, the paths short and the processes clear.

Modern diagnosis and clean implementation: You work with diagnostic systems, perform fault analyses and make sure that vehicles and devices are reliably ready for use.

Vehicle and device components under control: You take over the installation and replacement of vehicle parts, components and accessories.

Testing and ready-to-use: You prepare vehicles for major tests and safety tests and support for annual UVV and DGUV tests.

Teamwork at eye level: You work in a small workshop team with clear responsibilities, short paths and a master who runs professionally and keeps you clean.

Training with practical relevance: Complete training as a motor vehicle mechatronic (m/w/d), motor vehicle mechanic (m/w/d), construction equipment mechatronic (m/w/d), agricultural machine mechanic (m/w/d), agricultural and construction equipment mechatronic (m/w/d) or comparable technical qualification.

Technical understanding with width: knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics of motor vehicles, commercial vehicles or construction equipment.

Experience with substance: Ideally, you bring experience from a motor vehicle workshop, an agricultural company, a construction machine workshop, a fleet operation or from the field of agricultural and construction machinery technology.

Diagnosis competence: You can handle diagnostics and test equipment and go to faults structured on the ground.

Construction equipment know-how: Experience in the repair and maintenance of excavators, wheel loaders, compressors, shaker plates or similar machines is a plus, but not a must.

Driving licence: Class B is mandatory. BE is strongly advantageous, further classes are happy to see.

Working: You work independently, carefully and reliably. At the same time, you can easily insert yourself into a small team and take professional leadership by the master.

Personality: You are grounded, responsibly, and take care when it comes to it. Important is not the perfect resume, but clean work and real motivation.

Security: Unlimited standing in an economically stable company with its own fleet and long-term perspective.

Planability: regulated working hours from Monday to Friday. No classic Saturday work, no late shifts and no unpredictable workshop operation.

Early Friday: Friday is already at 13.00. This creates real quality of life and more predictability for the weekend.
