Identification, structuring and implementation of infrastructure financing for globally aspiring companies and investors with a regional focus on Europe Examination of the cost-effectiveness of infrastructure projects (including Greenfield and M&A projects, including in the context of tender procedures) based on common evaluation methods (e.g. DCF, Multiples) and development of tailor-made financing offers Implementation of due diligence checks, identification and assessment of risks, and creation of financing models, business cases and credit templates Presentation of business opportunities and transactions in relevant bodies Head of Deal Teams along the entire transaction process from initial contact to the Financial Close Negotiation of Term Sheets and Credit Contracts with Customers and Bank Partners in close cooperation with specialist departments such as Syndication, M&A Advisory and DCM Building, maintaining and expanding customer relationships and strengthening the network of events, panel discussions, social media and bank-wide projects and initiatives Perception of a coaching and mentoring role for young people based on their own transaction experience

Good completed economic studies and multi-year transaction experience in infrastructure or LBO financing Safe handling of risk analysis, cash flow modeling and rating procedures Long-term experience in implementing structured financing across all transaction phases; Knowledge of Business Development and in particular Asset Finance Interest in new tools and digital distribution channels and willingness to continue development Impressed ability to prioritize and structured work under time pressure and tight deadlines Successful network of banks and international financial investors High operational readiness, takeover of responsibility loadability and independent flexible working Strong team player with the ability to work together effectively and valuefully in interdisciplinary and international teams Safe appearance and communication strength with very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
